The Law on the Protection of Personal Data, which aims to protect the privacy of the private life and fundamental rights and freedoms of persons connected with the processing of their personal data, was published in the Official Gazette on April 07, 2016 and entered into force. WHAT ISPERSONAL DATA? :Personal data refers to any information that you share with GOODFOOD ’, in relation to individuals and therefore the concept of personal data in relation to identified or identifiable real and legal persons with the aim of fulfilling the purposes of their activities and services.WHAT IS THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

WHO PROCESSES THE DATA? :is the natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authorization given by him/her.
WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER? :is the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. Your personal data is processed and used by GOODFOOD in accordance with the procedures and principles stipulated in the Law in accordance with the following principles:
As a rule, the processing of personal data must have the explicit consent of the person concerned.
WHAT ARE THE DATA PROCESSING SITUATIONS AGAINST THE CONSENT OFYour personal data may be transferred abroad with the explicit consent of the person concerned.
The transfer of your personal data domestically or abroad may be made if there is adequate protection in the country to which your personal data will be transferred. In the absence of adequate protection, we may carry out the transfer if the data controllers authorized in Turkey and in the relevant foreign country undertake an adequate protection in writing and have the permission of the Board.
We only transfer your personal data that you share with us to those who are deemed to be in accordance with the Law and other legislation in force, our business partners, suppliers and performance assistants. However, in cases stipulated by the legislation related to regulatory and supervisory institutions and official authorities, we may need to transfer it domestically or abroad when necessary .
Your personal data is not shared with anyone other than the above-mentioned purposes, persons and institutions and is stored securely by us.
As a requirement of the service we provide, we collect your personal data that you share with us verbally, in writing or electronically in order to fulfill our responsibilities arising from the law.

e) Requesting the erasure or destruction of personal data ,
f) Requesting that incomplete or incorrectly processed data is corrected or that the data is deleted or destroyed, that the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred are notified,
g) To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems,
